Bluesky is a remote support tool offered by Mac-MSP, and allows direct, unattended access to enrolled OS X computers.
When both Bluesky and Watchman Monitoring are installed, the Watchman Monitoring Dashboard will automatically display Bluesky VNC, SSH, and SCP buttons, allowing one-click access MacAdmins to access who are authorized to access the remote computer.
Controlling BlueSky URLs
Many MSPs will use a common admin name across all end-users. Entering a name in "Default BlueSky User Account" will use this as a default username in BlueSky URLs, unless one is entered on a computer's record directly.
Set a BlueSky user on a computer's record directly in the Edit tab
Prevent the BlueSky admin from prompting for both username and password by pre-filling the username on a computer's record.
