This plugin will automatically detect when a RAID has been built using Apple's disk utility, and report the size and structure. The Disk Utility RAID Plug-In will describe the RAID Set Name, RAID Type (Mirror, Stripe, RAID 5, concat, etc.), Battery, Spare drives and individual drive status (Online or Failed).
As with any ongoing issue, you will receive daily alerts for this plugin until it is muted or resolved.
Known issue:
Sometimes the Disk Utility will not respond in time resulting in the following error:

The diskutil command took over 25 seconds to respond, and was terminated.
Please check all mounted volumes for issues.
