The Billing Overview displays your current Watchman Monitoring Plan along with billing contact details including billing address, credit card number and billing code (if applicable).
Navigate to Settings > Billing.
The Overview tab displays your current Watchman Monitoring Plan. You can learn more about Plans and Pricing.
You can upgrade from the Getting Started plan at any time to enable additional features included with other plans.
Your renewal date or next billing date is listed below your current plan.
When no payment methods are configured for your account, you see the following Payment Method. Add a payment method to your account by clicking the Add Payment Method button and selecting Credit Card or Bank Account.
For Getting Started accounts, you can add a payment method to your account by clicking the Add Payment Method button and selecting Credit Card or Bank Account.
Adding a Credit Card
You can add or edit your Payment Details including your Billing Address, and Credit Card information in the slide out drawer.
Credit Cards can be added or updated at any time.
Adding a Bank Account
After selecting Bank Account as the Payment method, Enter your Bank Account information in the slide out drawer.
As part of your Bank Account, you will be providing an ACH (Automated Clearing House) Authorization Agreement when the Save button is clicked.
Additional Payment Methods
You can ensure continuation of your account by adding a backup billing method.
Adding a new payment method will make it the Active Payment Method for this account. This can be changed later.
Active Payment Method
Your Active Payment Method is otherwise displayed for your Payment Details.
Editing the Active Payment Method will display in a slide out drawer.
The billing contact is a name and address Watchman Monitoring can use to contact in case of billing issues or changes to your subscription.
You can edit your Optional Details including your Billing Reference for Statements, and Coupon or Billing Code (if applicable).
Billing Codes cannot be applied while an account is past due or canceled. Our support team is happy to help in cases where changes are needed.
If your subscription drops below an add on threshold, you will given the option to downgrade your account feature(s). When you have the option to downgrade your subscription, you will be presented the option to Remove the additional subscription charge.
You will be presented a dialog to confirm the billing adjustment. Click Confirm to apply the change. The change will take effect on the next billing date.
