Changing Ownership of a Watchman Monitoring Account

In the event that you have changed your primary email address, or otherwise need to transfer ownership of your Watchman Monitoring account, the following steps will allow you to change the owner of your account.

Create a new Admin account.

Add a new Admin user account.

First, create a new user in your Watchman Monitoring Dashboard. This user will need to be an admin user.

Transfer Account Ownership

Navigate to Settings > Billing and select the Ownership tab.

Select your new admin account.

Transfer Company Ownership Confirmation

You'll be asked to confirm the transfer of ownership. Enter Transfer in the confirmation field and then click the Transfer Ownership button.
