Installing over an Existing Subscriber's Agent
The following will guide you in installing your Monitoring Client over another subscriber on Mac, Windows and Linux.

Mac
The Mac Monitoring Client agent can be installed over the top of any existing clients using any of the installation methods listed here:
- Double-clicking the .pkg installer file downloaded from your installers page.
- Installing the Monitoring Client via automated deployment or command line.
- Using Apple Remote Desktop to deploy the Monitoring Client.
Installing the Monitoring Client over the top of an existing client will move the computer into your subdomain and your group assignment, as applicable.
Windows
The Windows Monitoring Client requires removal through Add/Remove Software. Once removed, the Monitoring Client can be reinstalled.
Download the latest Windows Monitoring Client Installer.
Linux
The Linux Monitoring Client can be installed over the top of any existing clients using the appropriate Linux Monitoring Client Installer method from your Dashboard.
