Zendesk Using Custom Views to Organize Watchman Monitoring Tickets

The following instructions are for setting up views to organize Watchman Monitoring Alert Tickets, and separate Watchman Monitoring tickets from other tickets.

Create a Watchman Monitoring View

Click on the sprocket in the lower left corner.

Click Admin Sprocket.

Under MANAGE click on Views

Click Views under Manage

In the Upper right corner, click on add view.

Build Your View to look like this:

View conditions

Optionally, you could create views for each Plugin by adding the following condition:

Ticket Description contains PluginSlug

If you create individual plugin views, consider adding a Catch-All view without this Plugin parameter. Watchman Monitoring continually adds plugins, and you would not want to miss an alert due to filtering your view(s).

Create Non-Watchman Monitoring View

The following will help your create a view of tickets not created by Watchman Monitoring.

In the Upper right corner, click on add view.

Build Your View to look like this:

Clicking on the Views icon will show you your available views.
