Plans, Pricing and Billing
Watchman Monitoring offers plans for consultants, ACN members, ASMC members, Education, In-house-IT, and Enterprise.
Plan Types
All plans include our best in class monitoring, Expirations, Integrations, and optional Custom Branding.
Our Beacon Reporting is included for all plan types except the entry-level Starter and Getting Started plans.
Getting Started
Subscribers on our Getting Started plan (called Starter for MSPs and consultants) pay $99 USD a month.
When the number of monitored computers exceeds 25 computers, the subscription is automatically upgraded to the applicable Professional, In-House IT, or Education Small plan. Billing for the the next level begins at the next monthly renewal date. Watchman Monitoring does not pro-rate the difference.
There is a $50/month fee to enable Beacon Reporting on Getting Started accounts.
Professional
Subscribers on our Professional plan pay $299 USD a month.
The Professional plan covers up to 1500 computers in a single subscription, and allows subscribers to resell the service to their customers. It is rare that a subscriber will use this many seats, and the intent is to expand deployment options by removing per-seat costs.
Education
K-12 and higher education subscribers have their own plans. Education Small covers up to 250 computers for $209 USD a month, and Education covers 1,500 or more computers from $249 USD a month. Annual billing is available and saves one month.
Purchase Orders (POs) are gladly accepted, and subscriptions can be Pro-rated to meet your fiscal year.
In-House IT
Subscribers on our In-House IT plan pay $219 USD a month.
The In-House IT plan covers up to 250 computers in a single organization.
This plan can grow to our In-House IT Large plan, which covers 1,500 or more computers, from $299/month.
Important
In-House IT and Education subscriptions do not include online enrollment options or resale licensing.
Enterprise
Our Enterprise plan allows for installation of the Monitoring Client on more than 1500 computers. Contact us for a quote custom tailored to your needs.
Note
All subscriptions automatically upgrade to the next plan.
Services
Custom Branding
Watchman Monitoring is provided white-label by default. Custom branding puts your logo in key places to emphasize and promote your brand.
With Custom Branding, your logo and brand is included in the following areas:
- The Contact Menu icon
- The Installer.app background image
- Customized greeting and summary in the Installer.app process
- Customize Monitoring Client to your brand
- Your logo in your end users’ System Preferences
- Your Watchman Monitoring Dashboard
- Your logo on PDF Reports

Professional Services
Watchman Monitoring offers a number of Professional Services to help you get up an running quickly.

Discounts
Annual Payment
Subscribers in a Professional or Enterprise plan start with Monthly billing. Annual payment is offered as a convenience, and saves one month’s fee over the course of a year.
Subscribers can switch to Annual payment at any time by accessing the Settings -> Billling tab in the dashboard, or by reaching out to support. The card on file will be charged unless alternate arrangements are made ahead of time. View available payment options.
Annual subscribers may switch (without penalty) to monthly at any time prior to, or within ten (10) days of renewal. In the case of cancellation, a pro-rated refund of whole-unused months.
Note
An Annual account can be set to Monthly payment at any time. Monthly billing will resume at the end of the paid term. The favorable annual pricing will remain in effect to the end of the current term, at which the regular monthly rate would resume.
ACN Discount
Watchman Monitoring supports the Apple Consultants Network community. We offer a 20% discount on the Professional plan. Please contact us for more information.

Referrals
If you refer others to our service, Watchman Monitoring will pass on a new subscriber’s second monthly payment as a way to say “thank you”. If you refer a new subscriber, please let us know!
